- Refund Policy: Advance amount is refundable as per cancellation terms.

- Remaining payment to be made before the start of the Yatra.
- Helicopter Ticket Payment: When the helicopter ticket opens/confirm, passengers must pay the helicopter ticket cost separately to secure their seat.

Important Terms & Conditions for Manimahesh Helicopter Yatra 2026
- Helicopter Service: Helicopter rides are subject to weather conditions and availability.
- Route & Pickup/Drop: Pickup/drop locations may change due to weather, road, or operational conditions.
- Accommodation: Stays are pre-decided as per the itinerary. Any change requested by traveler will incur extra charges.
- Single Occupancy: Extra ₹3,000 per person for single room/tent accommodation.
- Optional Pathankot Stay: Available at ₹3,000 per person (3-Star Hotel + Transport + Breakfast & Lunch).
- Health & Safety: Travelers must carry basic medicines. First aid and portable oxygen are provided.
- Food & Drinks: Non-veg food, mineral water, or personal items not included in the package.
- Travel Insurance: Not included. Travelers are advised to arrange personal insurance.
- Extra Charges: Any additional services, early return, or extra stay will be borne by the traveler.
- Conduct & Responsibility: Travelers must follow guide instructions. The organizers are not responsible for accidents due to negligence or personal risk.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance Booking Refund: ₹1,000 advance per person is fully refundable if canceled before helicopter ticket confirmation.
- Helicopter Ticket Cancellation: Once the helicopter ticket is confirmed/open, the helicopter fare is non-refundable due to airline/charter rules.
- Yatra Cancellation by Traveler:
- Cancellation 30 days prior to departure: 50% refund on package cost (excluding helicopter ticket if confirmed).
- Cancellation less than 30 days before departure: No refund on the package or helicopter ticket.
- Weather-Related Cancellation:
- If helicopter service is canceled due to weather, alternate dates may be offered.
- Extra stay due to weather: ₹3,000 per person per night (optional).
- Optional Services / Extra Charges: Payments for single occupancy, extra stay, or additional services are non-refundable once availed.
- Force Majeure: No refund in case of natural disasters, landslides, political unrest, or unforeseen events beyond control.
